The Mellow Project includes SEL for adults with music, movement, mindfullness activities, encouragement and uplifting messages, lessons an techniques for SEL, learning through self awareness, self confidence and self management, optimism and how to keep along with wisdom thoughts.
We provide everything your teachers need to enjoy an hour of relaxation and fun!
Classes can be held during lunch hour, after school, on minimum days or weekends!
Onsite classes retail for $250* per school for one hour class and $15 per person supplies, but through the rest of 2024, we are offering 50% off of the $250! Discounted price is $125 and we wil waiving the supply fee by sending information digitally!
*Price for local schools, districts, centers in Huntington Beach, but will travel to other cities for additional costs to cover travel expenses.
